Josh founded Saltworks Collective after more than 25 years working across nonprofit fundraising strategy, campaigns, prospect development, advancement operations, and organizational leadership.

His work sits at the intersection of frontline fundraising and the systems behind it, helping organizations connect strategy with the priorities, processes, data, and management practices needed for consistent execution.
