For more than 25 years, Josh has helped mission‑driven organizations uncover the opportunity that exists at the intersection of donor interest, organizational need, and strategic clarity. His work has supported nonprofits across environmental conservation, education, healthcare, and public policy—always with a focus on building the systems, insight, and operational structure that enable sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, Josh has led strategic planning efforts, campaign design, revenue operations modernization, prospect intelligence, moves management, budget development, event strategy, and donor stewardship. His approach is grounded in rigorous diagnostics, systems thinking, and a commitment to clear, accountable work.
A New England native, Josh came to Maryland to earn his B.A. in History from Washington College and later completed his M.P.A. in Policy and Management at the American University School of Public Affairs. He remains active in the community, having served on the Watershed Advisory Committee for the Arundel Rivers Federation and staying closely engaged with his alma mater.
Josh lives in Annapolis with his wife, daughter, and rescue beagle (Scout). Outside of work, he enjoys time outdoors, gathering with friends and family, and tackling home renovation projects.
